Description

Engraved illustration of Clisson Castle in the 14th century, with printed text mentioning its construction in 1223 by Olivier Ier Sire de Clisson and its destruction in 1793 by Republican armies. The reverse has handwritten text dated 1906, addressed to a recipient in Clisson, with a note about correspondence reserved for the family and a postmark from Clisson.
