Child on a pig — Christmas scene — unknown publisher

Description

End-of-year 1907 postcard, illustrated with a child sitting on a decorated pig, with a small piglet at their feet, in a winter scene with a fortified door in the background. The printed text at the bottom says: 'BONNE ANNÉE — J'apporte l'Espérance'. On the reverse, handwritten text indicates the date of 8 December 1907 and the recipient's address in Lectoure (Gers). A green 5-centime French Republic stamp is affixed at the top right, cancelled with a Lectoure postmark.
