Description

Panoramic view of Col des Aravis at 1498 meters altitude, showing a chalet hotel in the foreground and Mont Blanc in the background under cloudy skies. The reverse side features a handwritten letter addressed to Mr. J. Zappella in Digne (B. Alps), dated July 31, 1921, with a signature by Berthe Loury. A 25-centime postage stamp and the cancellation mark from Annecy (Haute-Savoie) are visible at the top right.
