Description

Black and white view of the western façade of the Gothic cathedral in Cologne, with its two iconic spires, and a lively street in the foreground. On the reverse, a handwritten message dated May 27, 1906 expresses joy at seeing the cathedral, addressed to Miss Cécile Tabier in Chaux-de-Fonds. The publisher is Kunstanstalt Alfred Victor, Cöln, and the stamp is canceled with a postmark from Cologne.
