View of the Town Hall in Commentry, an imposing building with slate roof and central tower, surrounded by urban buildings and pedestrians. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to M. P. Rouland in Angoulême, with the inscription 'Bon Souvenir' and a 5-centime green stamp canceled in Commentry in 1935.
