Description

Black and white view of the castle of Compiègne with its park-facing facade, adorned with a statue on a pedestal and English-style gardens. On the reverse, a postcard dated 1934, addressed to Madame Fernet in Verneuil-sur-Avre, with a French postage stamp and a handwritten inscription. The publisher is the Cie des Arts Photographiques, Paris.
