Description

Postcard showing the Town Hall of Compiègne, a Gothic building adorned with a spired bell tower and sculptures. The reverse contains handwritten correspondence dated July 9, 1917, addressed to 'Consobré', mentioning the health of 'Mme Simon' and 'sisters' in Consobré, as well as a request for information regarding a letter. The stamp and postmark are visible in the top right corner.
