Black and white view of the City Hall of Compiègne, a Gothic building adorned with sculptures and a central tower with a clock, in front of which an old car is passing. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to an aunt and grandfather, signed 'M. M. Létellier', with a mention of the publisher 'Réal-Photo' and a partially canceled postmark.
