View of the Rond-Royal Hotel in Compiègne, an imposing neo-Renaissance building with balconies and ornate roofs. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated 8/10/1922 addressed to Madame Billiard in Crocy-sur-Ouercq, with a postmark and a Compiègne cancellation.
