Shaded avenue in the Palace Park in Compiègne, photographed in black and white. The reverse side features a handwritten letter dated October 22, 1956, addressed to Monsieur Jacques Rouzé at the École St-Yeugue in Versailles, with a 12-franc stamp and a cancellation from Croix-Saint-Sébastien.
