Statue of Governor Ballay in Conakry, depicting a figure in uniform holding a flag, on a base adorned with sculptures, surrounded by a flower bed and a metal fence. Reverse: handwritten text dated October 31, 1930, addressed to Mr. G. Solari, Prefect of Guadeloupe, mentioning an excursion to Rio de Janeiro and a letter to the address in France. Postmark and cancellation not visible.
