Description

View of a historic building in Constance, the High House, dating from the 12th century, decorated with wall frescoes depicting knights and historical scenes. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated 17 May 1948, addressed to 'Dear Évré', describing the beauty of the city and the desire to see the correspondent again. The postmark and cancellation of Constance are visible.
