Humorous illustration of two chickens in period costume, one holding an umbrella, near a train at the station. Handwritten text: 'On the way to Nice, what riches I will have'. Reverse: address to 'Madame Hydaine Blane, Villa St Charles, Pensionnat des Fières, Bordighera, Italy'. 8-centime postmark and 'BORDEAUX' dispatch stamp dated August 4, 1908.
