Black and white view of the port of Sanary-sur-Mer with many moored boats, a church with steeple in the background and palm trees along the quay. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated August 12, 1952, sent from Sanary-sur-Mer to Montgeon, with a 20-centime French postage stamp and a circular cancellation. The publisher 'Editions ARIS - Photo Interdite' is printed at the bottom right.
