Panoramic view of the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, with the Nice Casino in the center, sails of boats at sea, and palm trees along the promenade. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated July 9, 1917, sent from Nice to Cannes, mentioning a trip and arrival in Nice.
