Black and white view of Nice's promenade with the casino in the background and the statue of Victory in the foreground. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated March 23, 1936, sent from Nice to Saint-Quentin, with a 40-centime postage stamp and cancellation 'NICE SES JAQUINS'.
