Description

Black and white view of the Gothic cloister of the Abbey of Fontenay, with its pointed arches and stone columns, in a state of ruin. On the reverse, handwritten address to Madame Lecomte in Baigneux-les-Flaques (Meuse), with a green 5-centime stamp canceled and a postmark from Baigneux-les-Flaques dated July 12, 1907.
