Night view of Mont-Saint-Michel under a starry sky with a full moon, where a multi-car train arrives on the coast. The printed text at the bottom of the front indicates 'Côte d'Émeraude, Mont-Saint-Michel at night, Arrival of a Train'. On the reverse, a French postcard franked with a green 5-centime stamp, with a cancellation of 'SAINT-NAZAIRE' from 16-9-1908, is addressed to 'Madame Isabelle Giard, chez les parents, à Pleury-sur-Candelle, Eure'.
