Description

Black and white view of a canal bordered by lush trees, with a small rowboat in the foreground and a bridge in the background. The reverse has a handwritten correspondence dated Sunday, June 2, 1912, addressed to 'dear friends' in Marles-en-Brie, mentioning a visit to Crécy-en-Brie and a departure for Paris. A French postal stamp from 1912 is affixed at the bottom right.
