Description

Black and white panoramic view of the Croix-de-Vie beach with many aligned beach huts and bathers. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Paul Doumer in Villeneuve-le-Roi, dated 1944, with a 25-centime French Republic stamp and a Vende cancellation. The publisher is indicated at the bottom: '100 — CROIX-DE-VIE — General View of the Beach.'
