Scene of a flood in Paris in January 1910, showing people crossing water on a temporary pontoon near the Esplanade des Invalides. A green 5-centime stamp is affixed at the top left. The reverse side has a handwritten address to Monsieur François Faraut in La Mithièring, Alpes-Maritimes, with a note of 'Bons souvenirs'.
