View of the Rue de l'Université in Paris flooded during the Seine flood, with residents observing from the sidewalks and a small boat navigating the waters. The reverse features handwritten correspondence dated 18 November 1915, addressed to a 'little Friend,' signed 'Your Friend, M. David,' with a printed note stating 'All foreign countries do not accept air mail correspondence.'
