Description

View of the Rue de l'Arcade in Paris flooded during the Seine flood of January 29, 1910, with vehicles and buildings partially submerged. A 5-centime French Republic stamp is affixed at the top right, and the inscription 'HOTEL' is visible on a building in the background. The reverse presents handwritten correspondence addressed to Monsieur François Kauscal in Eining-Lainy, with a Parisian cancellation.
