Description

Postcard depicting the landscape of the Münstertal in the Vosges Forest, with place names such as Munster, Winzenheim, and Turckheim. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated April 30, 1919, sent from Bergheim (land of the Sea of Chorea) by a soldier of the 4th Army, mentioning his depot at the C.S.F. and possible transfer to France. Stamp and postmark visible.
