Panoramic view of the Convent of la Grande Chartreuse in Dauphiné, nestled at the foot of a wooded mountain range. The front bears the inscription 'Cliché A.V. - Collection L.P., Grenoble' and the serial number '81r'. The reverse shows a handwritten letter dated August 22, 1907, sent to the address of Mrs. L. André in Luchon, with a 10-centime stamp and a postmark from la Grande Chartreuse.
