Description

Black and white view of a snow-covered village nestled in a mountain valley, with houses with snow-covered roofs and mountains in the background. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated November 11, 1951, addressed to Yvonne in Bellerue, expresses the joy of a mountain excursion and the beauty of the landscape. The 12-centime stamp and the postmark from Villard-de-Lans dated November 10, 1951, are visible.
