View of the Normandy-Hotel in Deauville, designed by architect Th. Petit, with a lively street and an old-fashioned car. The reverse features a handwritten letter addressed to the uncle, mentioning an invitation and the dispatch of 'mitier' to Deauville, as well as two green 5-centime stamps and a Deauville postmark dated 13-12-1927.
