View of the Hotel de la Préfecture in Dijon, with a statue above the entrance and the inscription 'PRÉFECTURE'. The reverse has a handwritten address to Madame L. Bens Commeque in Paris (Seine), with a note of 'Part reserved for correspondence' and an inscription 'Good day to all' at the bottom left. A green 20-centime stamp canceled in Dijon on August 19, 1909.
