Monument to Sadi Carnot in Dijon, with a central statue of the president and a winged statue at the top. Printed text on the pedestal states 'SADI CARNOT COUNSELLOR OF THE REPUBLIC PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC'. Reverse: handwritten correspondence dated 14-4-19, addressed to 'Mme Lucienne Lecardan, Chalmé et Léon', with stamp and cancellation.
