Description

View of the hexagonal well in Dijon adorned with statues of the prophets Moses, David, Jeremiah, Zachariah, Daniel, and Isaiah, sculpted by Claux Sluter and his nephew Claux de Werve, dated 1399. The reverse bears a handwritten inscription dated 14/12/34, addressed to Monsieur Jean Messey in Dijon, with a signature and a postmark.
