Description

Gothic tomb adorned with sculptures of angels and lions, framed by a metal grille, in the Salle des Gardes of the Dijon Museum. Printed text on the front details its history: transferred from the Chartreuse to St-Bénigne, begun in 1443, completed in 1470 by the Aragonese Jean de la Huerta. Reverse: handwritten correspondence dated 1908, addressed to a friend in Dijon, mentioning a walk to La Roche du Crou and the recipient's health.
