Aerial view of Dinant showing the citadel perched on a rocky promontory, the Meuse winding at the foot of the city and the Collegiate Church of Notre-Dame with its bell tower. The reverse has handwritten text 'Bon Souvenir de Belgique' and an address to Meaux, with a stamp and a cancellation from Dinant dated 17-IX-1931.
