View of a ruined military gallery surrounded by forests, with an arched entrance and a metal gate. The printed text explains that it was part of the Montfort caves and allowed communication with the city until 1720. The reverse shows a handwritten letter sent from Dinant to Mons, with a Belgian 5-centime stamp and two cancellations: one from Dinant (13 September 1891) and one from Montfort (13 September 1891).
