View of the Tower of the Collegiate Church of Notre-Dame in Dinant, with inscription indicating that the bell tower dates from 1566 and that the carillon (17 bells) was intended for the belfry. Green 5c stamp postmarked in Dinant on 15-11-1917. Reverse: handwritten address to Monsieur S. Saloraffe in Givet, France, dated 11-9-1911, with a postmark from Givet.
