View of Dinard beach under a storm, with crashing waves hitting the quays and coastal buildings. Printed text at the bottom: '3853. - Dinard. — The Beach in a Storm'. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated Saturday 9-8-41, addressed to 'Monsieur Madame', mentioning a visit to the beach and an arrival at Sainte-Suzanne. Stamp and cancellation not legible.
