Black and white view of a storm in Dinard, with crashing waves on a stone quay and a building on a hill. The back has a handwritten inscription: « Your journey, and mastery of the sea, and safe travels. » and the recipient's address in Rennes. 3 francs French Republic postmark dated 1954, with cancellation from Étival.
