Description

Picturesque view of Schlossberg Castle surrounded by spruce forests, with a cart loaded with wood on a mountain road. On the reverse, handwritten text states: 'I saw just now the mine of 'Kastelburg' near the town of 'Waldkirch'.' The card is dated July 21, 1924, and signed by F. Poller. German 20 pfennig postage stamp with cancellation.
