Black and white statue of the monk Dom Pérignon (1638–1715), cellar master of the Hautvillers abbey and creator of Champagne wine, holding a bottle. The reverse indicates that it belongs to the Maison Moët & Chandon, with a house seal from 1743 and lines for correspondence and address.
