Black and white view of the Arras Gate in Douai, with its rounded stone towers covered in ivy and a central passage. On the reverse, a handwritten correspondence addressed to Mr. the Prefect of Mayenne, with a 12 franc stamp and a cancellation from Lamalou-les-Bains dated July 15, 1938.
