View of the gate of Valenciennes in Libercourt, with three arches and a balcony above. The reverse has a handwritten letter dated March 1, 1903, addressed to Charles Polier in Stains, with a 10-centime postage stamp and a cancellation from Libercourt (Pas-de-Calais).
