View of one side of the Town Hall in Douai, with its ornate architecture featuring pinnacles and Gothic details, framed by a metal grille. The reverse bears a handwritten address to Madame Duchemin in Grandcamp-le-Bains (Calvados), a 10-cent postage stamp, and a cancellation mark from Douai dated April 28, 1919.
