View of the castle of Dourdan with its towers and moats, accompanied by text describing its history: built under Philippe-Auguste, besieged in 1501, prison of the Revolution, sold by the State in the 19th century. Back: postcard dated 24-8-1912, sent to Monsieur Bédam Dulong in Paris, with a handwritten message 'Un grand souvenir'.
