Description

Aerial view of Dreux (Eure-et-Loir) taken from the castle, showing the cathedral with its belfry and the rooftops of houses. The reverse has handwritten text indicating that the belfry was built under Louis XI by the architect Montegocour, and that the cathedral was renovated by him. A postmark is placed in the top right corner, with a partially visible cancellation.
