View of the entire Town Hall of Dunkirk, an imposing neo-Gothic building with a central tower and a roof with multiple gables. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to Mrs. Grégnier in Paris, dated 1918, with a postmark from Dunkirk dated August 13, 1918. Two 10-centime stamps of the French Republic are affixed at the top right.
