Description

View of Dunkirk Town Hall, an imposing neo-Gothic building with a central ornate tower, on which a tramway runs. On the reverse, correspondence dated April 28, 1911, addressed to Mr. J. Delasize in Augsburg, with handwritten text mentioning a 'part going to the countryside' and a 'wife of the architect'.
