Description

Colored view of Jägerhof Castle in Düsseldorf, an imposing building with tiled roof and shuttered windows, surrounded by a garden with fence and trees. The reverse has a handwritten letter dated 8.6.29, addressed to 'Dear Uncle and Sante', mentioning health, Gilbert's life, and the presence of the younger sister Martha. The publisher is I. W. B. N.O. 998, and the stamp is canceled.
