Description

Colored illustration of the island of Philae in Egypt, showing ancient temples on an island in the middle of the Nile, with sailboats and rocky shores. The reverse has a handwritten letter dated January 1901, addressed to 'Jean Chris Grand Trunk' in Paris, with partial cancellation and a stamp 'Series 672 A. Argentat. No. 3'.
