View of the imposing entrance to the Merchants' Circle in Elbeuf, with a monumental portal adorned with sculptures and columns, surrounded by greenery. The back side features a handwritten letter dated 27/IX/1939, addressed to Paris, with two stamps (10 and 70 centimes) and a postmark from Elbeuf. The publisher is G. Arraud, publisher Gaby, with a trademark mention.
