Description

Altar of the Virgin in the cathedral of Embrun, with a central statue, candles, and an ornate mosaic decoration with coats of arms. The printed text at the bottom of the front indicates the modern restoration. The reverse features a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Bonnefoy in Marseille, with a partial cancellation and illegible handwriting.
