View of a military camp with a central avenue lined with tents and soldiers, under a cloudy sky. Printed text at the top: 'Main Entrance of the Valdahon Camp. Mme Meynard, Edit'. On the back, handwritten correspondence dated July 21, 1910, addressed to Monsieur Georges Peltzig in Étapes (Doubs), with a 10-centime stamp and a postmark from Valdahon.
